Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency. All costs, including our labour, materials, and any agreed-upon travel fees for jobs outside our immediate service area, will be clearly itemised in your quote or discussed with you before any work begins. There will be no surprises.

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty on our labour. If any issue arises directly from our work within this period, we will rectify it promptly at no extra charge
